Ha Noi is to implement a new set of rules to govern the establishment and development of infrastructure and its support policies from September 26, according to a recently announced city''s mandate on land use.
The Ministry of Construction (MoC) and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) have simultaneously requested provinces and cities to strengthen review of State management on land prices as there is a land fever in some localities.
